Country Practical Examinations The AMEB in WA examines in the following country centres. Please note on your entry any requests for the following reasons if you need:
1. to avoid any particular days/times because of any outside or school events
2. specific times to allow for travel
3. siblings and/or travel companions to be examined together
4. siblings to be examined separately
5. any candidate who is presenting for two exams: note if you would like the two exams examined consecutively or if not what sort of gap in time you prefer
Please note that no requests can be guaranteed but every effort will be made to grant them.
All listed week numbers are as in the 2012 Schedule and Fees Document (Timetable). Exams may be held on any or all of the days/dates listed depending on the number on enrolments received. Dates for 2012: Bunbury Week 19 (Friday 11 - Saturday 12 only May) Closing date: 2 April Week 37 (Monday 10 - Tuesday 11 only September) Closing date: 1 August Week 46 (Monday 12 - Saturday 17 November) Closing date: 24 September Other Regional Centres - closing date for enrolments Friday 15 June Albany Week 35 (Monday 27 August - Saturday 1 September). Closing date: 15 June Esperance Week 34 (Monday 20 - Tuesday 21 August). Closing date: 15 June Geraldton Week 36 (Monday 3 - Saturday 8 September). Closing date: 15 June KalgoorlieWeek 39 (Tuesday 25 - Wednesday 26 September). Closing date: 15 June NarroginWeek 39 (Monday 24 September. If there are enough enrolments, exams will go over to Tuesday but only once Monday is full. Closing date: 15 June Port HedlandWeek 38 (Saturday 22 - Sunday 23 September).
