The Australian Music Examinations Board provides a wide range of resources to support teachers in Western Australia to fully prepare students for examinations.

Publications and Music Access
The AMEB Federal Office website features an AMEB Music Shop where you can buy all of our publications, including all syllabuses as digital downloads, and past written exam papers. The State Library provides the bulk of the AMEB syllabus manual lists from Grade 4 upwards.
Accompanist List
Accompaniment is essential wherever the pieces presented are provided with piano accompaniments, with the exception of extra list pieces.
Recorded Accompaniments
Where AMEB Recorded Accompaniments are available, candidates may perform with those recordings in examinations.
In WA a photocopy is required of any piece that is not presented from a current AMEB publication. An AMCOS Form  must accompany photocopied pieces (multiple photocopied pieces can be listed on one form).
Grading Descriptors
Grading Descriptors are the descriptors or parameters the examiners use to allocate the grades from High Distinction (A+) to Fail (D).
AMEB Book Lending Library
The AMEB has received a generous donation of poetry, play, prose and theory texts which teachers may now borrow from the AMEB Centre at Claremont.
Guidelines for Speech Teachers
The following guidelines are to help teachers interpret syllabus statements when presenting candidates for various Speech Syllabus examinations.
